HBS Electrical delivered a full electrical installation for Cala home’s Petersgate development in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey. We provided new build electrical expertise to this luxury scheme, completing all works to the highest of standards.
The Cala Homes Petersgate development located on the exclusive Coombe Estate in Kingston-upon Thames offered a mix of four, five and six luxury bedroom homes. HBS Electrical provided specialist new build electrical services to the four new build luxury houses, completing a full electrical installation that included energy-efficient LED lighting throughout.
Project delivery
- We delivered a full service solution, managing the supply, installation, testing, inspection and commissioning of all electrical works.
- New build electrical services included, energy-efficient LED lighting, mains and distribution, general small power, cooker circuits, smoke detection, mechanical ventilation, and BT/TV throughout the new build properties.
- The project team met all project completion targets successfully, working with Cala’s site team throughout the construction of the new build housing scheme.
- Our engineers completed the inspection, testing and commissioning, to confirm all electrical installations met the required Part P and IET Wiring Regulations. In addition to this, our quality control manager completed spot checks to ensure all electrical works met quality standards and the required client specification.
- At handover the projects dedicated contracts manager provided Cala Homes with bespoke O&M manuals for each house type.
