First Wessex is reinvigorating their North Town housing estate, in Aldershot. The regeneration program will involve the demolishment of 471 flats, to make way for a range of new homes, which will be developed by First Wessex Homes over six phases.

HBS Mechanical secures phases 3 & 4 at First Wessex Home’s regeneration project at North Town, Aldershot.

With the redevelopment of phases one and two already completed (243 properties) the construction of phases three and four (213 properties) is now well underway, and due for completion in autumn 2017. The scheme will offer 113 new homes for rent, 39 for shared ownership and 61 for private sale.

HBS Mechanical will be delivering a full service plumbing and heating solution, managing the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all gas, heating and water requirements.
