Driving forward sustainable living in the South West
HBS New Energies designed a cost-effective roof-integrated solar scheme for Lovell Homes Foxglove Meadows development, meeting the site generation target in line with specification and budget.
Selected dwellings will feature sleek all black in-roof solar panels with system sizes ranging from 2.4 – 3.6 kWp. These will help to sustainably power the new homes at Foxglove Meadows, significantly reducing energy bills for residents long into the future.
HBS are soon to begin work on-site using its own skilled and qualified direct labour force to install and commission a total of 37 x Complete In-roof Solar systems.
Totalling 110 kWp, the solar scheme at Lovell Homes Foxglove Meadows will generate an estimated 99,897 kWh of zero-carbon electricity per annum, saving nearly 52 tonnes in carbon emissions every year.
