Coronavirus update

Following the Government’s announcement earlier this week and upon discussions with our clients and supply chain, we have taken the decision to temporarily close our operations from 5pm on Friday 27th March 2020. This closure is expected to be reviewed along with Government guidelines on the 17th April.

This was not an easy decision and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our clients and subcontractors. However, due to multiple site closures and supply chain issues we believe this is only option to ensure the future of HBS.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, subcontractors and clients is our number one priority. Suspending operations now is the safest solution and will help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Whilst our core operations will be suspended, we would like to emphasise our commitment to clients at this challenging time. We will have a small management team in place working remotely from home to assist with essential client enquiries.

Throughout this period, HBS Aftercare will be operating remotely, logging all issues on our system. We will only be attending Emergency Aftercare callouts and under strict health and safety policies.  This will enable us to fulfil our customer care commitments to existing contracts.
