HBS win Barratt Homes Customer Service Award

HBS Group Southern’s Commercial Director James Bull reported back to the business this week with some great news, following a successful breakfast meeting at the Ageas Bowl for the Barratt David Wilson Homes Southern Counties Annual Sub-Contractor Awards.

The UK’s leading housebuilder nominated HBS Group Southern for three Award Categories; Contractor of the year, Customer Service Contractor of the Year and Health & Safety Contractor of the Year.

Following the nominations, we’re delighted to announce that HBS won the ‘Customer Service Contractor of the Year’ award, and have been recognised for continuing excellence in aftersales and providing a professional customer service to the ever-important homeowner.

Congratulations to the HBS Aftercare Division

A special thank you to our Customer Service Manager Stewart Beck and his team in the Aftercare Division who have been working with Barratt Homes Southern’s Customer Services Department to develop and maintain our ongoing partnership.

Stewart along with Amanda the Office Manager and the team of Administrators and Aftercare Engineers do an outstanding job, dealing with the challenges day in day out and are always striving to provide a first-class customer service for the end-user the homeowners.
