Helping to address the skills shortage in UK housebuilding

HBS Group Southern’s successful Apprenticeship Programme provides excellent opportunities for young people wishing to pursue a career in mechanicalelectrical and renewable energy services. It is delivered in partnership with a local network of colleges and offers some of the best training in the industry.

As one of the South’s leading building services providers, we have the experience and expertise to harness young talent, and train them to learn and work to the highest standard. HBS is committed to improving learning, education and development, whilst helping to reduce the shortage of skilled engineers in the South’s housebuilding sector.

In September we welcomed 16 new apprentices who have now begun training towards their chosen qualification, taking the total number of apprentices enrolled on the programme to 65. For more information please visit our careers page.
