HBS seal new M&E partnership with Dandara at Windroos

We are pleased to announce independent housebuilder Dandara (Southern Region) has chosen HBS Group Southern as its partner to deliver integrated mechanical and electrical services at their new development in Littlehampton, West Sussex.

The Windroos residential project which is being built on the former Windroos nursery site on Worthing Road, will provide 72 houses and 12 apartments, with 14 units allocated for affordable housing. Consisting of two, three and four bedroom contemporary properties, this exciting new project offers new homes that will have a high quality and energy efficient specification.

This is the latest combined services contract awarded to HBS Group Southern and continues the company’s push to become the region’s leading Mechanical and Electrical specialist in the new build housing sector.

Fully integrated mechanical and electrical expertise for Dandara at Windroos

HBS’ Mechanical and Electrical divisions will be led by a project-based contracts manager who will oversee all aspects of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the Windroos development’s gas, electrical and water system requirements. Our on-site workforce who are some of the best in the industry, will provide a consistent high standard of staged installation, enabling HBS to meet Dandara’s quality and service expectations.

Dandara, Established in 1988 and well known for its work in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Manchester and Scotland is expanding. The recently opened new Southern Office at South Hampshire Industrial Park is ideally placed to cover the operating areas of Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, South Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex.
