We’re pleased to announce that HBS Mechanical has been appointed as the plumbing and heating contractor for the new Maple Fields development in Bordon, Hampshire from housing developer Places for People.
It’s the first contract to be secured with Places for People and will see HBS provide its trusted plumbing and heating services for 17 of the 60 high-quality and affordable homes planned. The remaining 43 homes will be modular and supplied by modular housing company ilke Homes.

Maple Fields will feature an exciting collection of two and three-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses and one and two-bedroom apartments.
The affordable and energy-efficient properties will help to boost the local supply of housing in Whitehill and Bordon and are available for sale, shared ownership and rent.
Whitehill and Bordon’s status as an NHS England Healthy New Town will offer homebuyers an abundance of facilities such as a new leisure centre, a six-lane swimming pool and new sports pitches, all of which supports a healthy family lifestyle.
Maple Fields is situated a stone’s throw away from Taylor Wimpey’s NHBC Pride in the Job award-winning Dukes Quarter at Prince Philip Park, where HBS is delivering a fully integrated plumbing and heating and solar PV and battery storage package.

HBS Mechanical will manage all aspects of supply, installation and commissioning of the plumbing and heating system requirements for the 3 blocks of apartments and 4 houses being constructed by Places for People at Maple Fields.
Our skilled and fully qualified engineers will install domestic hot and cold water and central heating, including boosted cold water for apartments, soil and wastewater systems, sanitary ware and rainwater goods.
