Hill Group select HBS as its Mechanical & Electrical contractor for Graylingwell Park

We are pleased to announce that HBS Group Southern has secured the mechanical and electrical services contract for the final parcel of 54 new homes at Keepers Green in Graylingwell Park, Chichester. HBS has been awarded the project by housebuilder Hill Group who is delivering the residential community in partnership with Homes England.

Lead by a dedicated contracts manager and experienced onsite engineers, our Mechanical and Electrical divisions began works back in June and are providing a fully integrated package of services. These include the supply, installation, and commissioning all plumbing and heating, and electrical systems for the houses and apartments.

Keepers Green will provide first-time buyers, downsizers, and families with a selection of one, three, and four-bedroom contemporary properties, designed with energy efficiency in front of mind and with high specification fittings. There are 17 units allocated for affordable rent and shared ownership and these will be provided through Clarion Housing Group.

Delivering M&E building services at Graylingwell Park

Keepers Green at Graylingwell Park is the first M&E services contract awarded to HBS Group Southern by Hill Group. It continues the group’s push to becoming the region’s most trusted provider of integrated mechanical and electrical services for the new build housing sector.

Paul Bailey, Operations Director, HBS Mechanical commented: “HBS is excited to be working closely alongside Hill. Their commitment to building quality, design-led, energy-efficient homes aligns perfectly with our approach to providing building services without compromise. We will be focused on delivering a consistent mechanical and electrical installation service over the next 12 months, safely achieving quality standards in line COVID-19 restrictions and the client’s programme targets.”
